Pause to Remember

We rarely make comment on things other than our own little lives, but today is too important not to pause and reflect on what happened 9 years ago today.  Please indulge our small tribute to those who lost their lives so tragically on 9/11.

These quadrupeds can say it way better than we can, so we defer to them.  You've probably seen this video, but it's always worth one more watch.

Yuh, we posted about it too even though it makes momma so so sad. She was watching on TV when the second tower came down and master was off at a job and it was super scary and horrible for everybody. How awful humans can be to each other.

Mango

We have never seen that video before. As she has done with several posts today, Momma is wiping tears away as she writes this. As we've said before, we are so thankful for those that have given and those that continue to give their lives to protect our freedoms (including all public service and rescue animals). I agree with Mango, humans can be horrible at times. I don't understand it at all.
