(almost) Wordless Wednesday: Holiday Spirit edition

For some reason this year I've been slow to get into the holiday spirit.  Brutus, however, jumped right in (quite literally) and was up to his ears in decorating!

Here he is all wrapped up in the process...

Now if you'll lean a ramp against the tree, I can get started with this ribbon.

Hi Brutus,

You sure do look ready to lend a paw decorating that tree. I bet you'll do a terrific job too. Just don't eat anything you're not suppose to!

You are way ahead of us cause we still haven't put out any ornaments or our stockings.

Waggles,
Bijou

Oh Brutus you are so handsome in these photos! They would make such a great Christmas card...well I think so though I'm sure your mom has something else in mind.

As for Morningstar...it does appear that she is getting a bit of a waist. Her face is different...I guess a little less smooshed? I do need to weigh her again to see how she is doing on her diet.

Given all the ribbons you have won I have no doubt that you can take over the holiday decorating. Hope that momma puts your ribbons on the tree!

I've been slow getting into the Christmas spirit too. :) Seeing Brutus all wrapped in ribbon by those pretty Christmas ornament balls helps though. Beautiful!

Adorable pics as always!
Also thanks (to your mom) for the tips on Moose's new trick he knows leave it and wait pretty well but once that treat is on his nose he does not even know I am there so that is a good idea about the 2nd treat. I will try it! Thanks!
p.s. I read about your lip troubles and have no suggestions but hope it is a simple as the bowl change and will eventually resolve. I am a worrywort too so understand your concern.
